Gather at Howrah Station for an introduction session and board the 13005 Amritsar Mail at 19:15 hrs towards Ambala. You may also board from Bardhaman or Durgapur.
(If ticket availability is an issue, alternative options include reaching Chandigarh via Netaji Express or other trains through Delhi.)
As the train moves through Madhupur, Jhajha, Patna, and Bareilly, travelers will get to know each other and build new friendships.
Arrive at Ambala at 03:10 hrs, transfer luggage to the vehicle, and proceed towards Shimla by Tempo Traveller.
Reach Shimla by 11:00 hrs, check in at the hotel, freshen up, and enjoy lunch. The rest of the day can be spent exploring Shimla’s Mall Road, Kali Bari Temple, and Christ Church at your own pace.

It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
